The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the decentralization of power in Ukraine will not affect the issues of defence, public security, foreign policy, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.
"There is a range of issues which decentralization will not touch the question of defence, public security, foreign policy, the fight against illegal activities of officials, ensuring the rights and freedoms of Residents regarding the sovereignty and territorial integrity," Poroshenko said at the first meeting of the constitutional Commission of Ukraine.
