Moscow nourishes the hope that the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine will ensure the normal functioning of the Russian Embassy in Kiev and consulates in Kharkiv, Lviv and Odessa, said stats-Secretary - Deputy head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin.
"Our Ambassador's residence in Kiev is working, of course, in difficult conditions. Citizens are under pressure from imposing anti-Russian, antics nationalists. I can say that these rules are not comparable with quiet mode, which employs the Ukrainian representative office here, " said Karasin in the conversation.
"Let's hope that the Ministry and the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine will ensure the normal functioning of the Embassy and our consulates General in Kharkiv, Lviv and Odessa. There, too, felt the tension. Diplomatic missions can suffer. They are located in the country in order to analyze the situation and give their governments, their leaders suggestions about how to develop relationships, not to degrade them, " said Deputy head of the foreign Ministry.
