Collapsed rocket called UFO
The object that crashed in the Arkhangelsk region, was originally identified as launched from a military Plesetsk cosmodrome experimental rocket. According to some reports, the adepts of Plesetsk announced that didn't make any runs.

To find out the identity of the object will be possible only after a special investigation.

Local residents can experience firsthand how near the village zabolotie in the Arkhangelsk region fell flying object. According to initial reports, these were the results of failed launch of an experimental rocket from the Plesetsk cosmodrome.

Adepts military cosmodrome, however, hastened to disown the fallen rocket. In this regard, we can state that the witnesses observed the real tragedy of the UFO. Without a full investigation to establish the fixture crashed unit is not possible.

"The leadership of the military spaceport, and the adherents of the strategic Missile forces deny involvement in a failed rocket launch. To this day it is not clear that this missile is ballistic or anti-aircraft guided. All of these questions must be addressed by the specialized Commission", - quotes "Interfax" the anonymous source in one of the regional power structures.

In the Moscow Institute of thermal technology, where he developed solid-fuel missile "Topol" and "YARS", confirmed that there were no test launches with experimental rockets from Plesetsk over time. Therefore, the professionals are known only to the endpoint of the route of the device is the place where he fell. The starting place is still covered under a veil of secrecy.

Previously, experts MOE agreed that the tragedy does not bear within itself the threat to the environment and local inhabitants, as experimental fuel missiles are not toxic. However while certainly not clear what exactly fell in the Arkhangelsk region, to assert that absolute security is impossible.

The cosmodrome in Plesetsk is considered one of the oldest in the world. Since the 1970s, and until the early 1990s it was the world's leader in the number of rocket launches into space, ahead of Baikonur. But in the 1990s, the annual number of launches from Plesetsk decreased. Currently, the spaceport is a difficult scientific and technical complex, performing all sorts of tasks in the interests of the Armed forces of Russia, and for peaceful purposes. In 2014 from the Plesetsk was performed 1 test launch of the light carrier rocket "Angara-1.2 PP.

Plesetsk is hosted in 180 km South of Arkhangelsk in the village of peace. The number of personnel and the population of the city amounts to 30 thousand people, and the total area of the cosmodrome - 176 200 thousand hectares. Among the existing Plesetsk is the most Northern in the world.
