Acting head of OSCE, Deputy Prime Minister and foreign Minister Ivica Dacic tried to convince all parties of the conflict in Ukraine to mark the 70th anniversary of the Victory over Nazism in the spirit of peace and restraint in weapons demonstrations in the course of celebrations, informs the OSCE.
