Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said on Wednesday that Kiev hopes to develop with new NATO trust funds for the support of military power of Ukraine (APU).
"I think, because it is quite strong resolution, which was found to be unambiguous words, and messages regarding the support of Ukraine. NATO as an Alliance is not providing weapons. We work in the framework of the five trust funds, and We very much hope to continue this practice, and make fresh funds, which will be equipped with arms forces of Ukraine and in the General security sector to NATO standards. I will be today (Wednesday) at the meeting to talk about how NATO will us to assist, " said Klimkin.
He also said that on Wednesday will be made accurate assessment of the volume of trust funds.
