John Kerry didn't rule out the imposition of fresh sanctions against North Korea. The Secretary of state of the United States believes that North Korea doesn't even want to curtail their own nuclear program and engage in a dialogue with the international society.
As a model of successful cooperation on nuclear issues Kerry has led the situation with Iran. USA and China are discussing the possibility of introducing new sanctions against North Korea. This, according to the United States Secretary of state John Kerry, is due to the fact that Pyongyang "not even close" to having to suspend their own nuclear weapons program.
Politics of North Korea, said Kerry, speaks about the reluctance to talk on the nuclear dilemma and the dilemma of research on ballistic missiles. With all this, he cited the example of the agreement on the Iranian nuclear program. Kerry believes that in this way it is possible to construct a dialogue with the DPRK.
Speaking in the capital of South Korea, Kerry announced that Washington offered a chance to understand the isolated North Korea to improve relations in exchange for these symptoms of readiness to end its own nuclear program.
