The state Duma adopted on the last working day of the week in the 2nd reading of the government's amendments, which release the Russian citizens living in Crimea and Sevastopol, from the payment of fees when replacing Ukrainian documents in Russian.
According to the law, changes to the Tax rule of the Russian Federation. For example, the changes apply for passports, vehicle registration documents for the transport and for the state registration of rights to real estate.
Also, the bill proposes to exclude the state fee for the actions of authorised bodies connected with licensing of notarial activities.
