Certain European countries are delaying the ratification of the Treaty on unification of Ukraine and the EU, said Deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Valeriy Chaly.
According to policy, the European integration process of Ukraine slowed down because of 4 EU countries - Cyprus, Greece, Italy and Austria. Because of this, Chaly expressed the hope that these countries will accelerate work on the agreement. Because of this, the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met in Riga with the Prime Minister of Greece, Federal Chancellor of Austria and "unceasingly supports the dialogue at the highest political level with the Prime Minister of Italy," said the politician, quoted by RIA " Novosti ". On the last working day of the week the head of the European Council Donald Tusk said that the countries of the "Eastern partnership" nobody gave guarantees automatic entry into the European Union. Similarly, on Friday published the final Declaration of the summit of " Eastern partnership ", which contains provisions for the granting of visa-free regime between Ukraine and Georgia. According to the Prime Minister of Latvia Laimdota Straujuma, Georgia and Ukraine have the opportunity to receive a visa-free regime with the EU in 2016, if the European Union will present a positive report on the issue by the end of 2015. 3 of the six countries participating in the project " Eastern partnership - Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia in 2014 signed the Treaty on the Union with the EU. Russian envoy to the EU Vladimir Chizhov stated before that work on a final Declaration rather tense: some countries want to strengthen anti-Russian orientation, and others that create obstacles.
