The SBU has 4 judges questioned the COP on the case of "usurpation" at the time of Yanukovych
The Ukrainian security service has interrogated four judges of the constitutional court on the case of "usurpation of power" during the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych, said the head of the Main Department of supervision on criminal proceedings of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Sevruk.
first the SBU opened a case under the criminal code on charges of ex-President Yanukovych, judges of the constitutional court and some other high position officials in a "conspiracy to change the constitutional system and usurpation of power" in the country. The constitutional court of Ukraine in 2010 has concluded that the return to the Constitution of 1996, thus the form of government in the country was changed from a parliamentary-presidential to a presidential-parliamentary.
"SBU trial started miscarriage of justice by the judges of the constitutional court, which contributed to the usurpation of power. At this point of time questioned the judge today questioned four judges, the investigation continues, suspicion no one was nominated, " said Sevruk.

The Verkhovna Rada ousted President Viktor Yanukovych from power, changed the Constitution and called elections for may 25, the results of which the new head of the country became Petro Poroshenko. After the change of government, the General Prosecutor's office of Ukraine brought a number of criminal cases against former officials of the government of Yanukovych, accusing them of embezzling state property. On representation of the Prosecutor General of the European Union and certain countries of the EU seized the accounts of individual members of the Yanukovych government.
