The French broke the negotiations on the "Mistral"
Talks about the fate of helicopter "Mistral", held yesterday in Moscow, have failed in consequence of the position of Paris. According to reliable information from reliable sources, the delegation from France brought the dialogue to a standstill.

France broke yesterday's negotiations on the "Mistral", putting the almost impossible conditions of the Russian side. Said a source familiar with the constituent parts of the negotiations.

"In fact, the negotiations have not even begun, as the French put absolutely unacceptable for us," he said. According to him, it was including the "about the cancellation of Bank accounts," reports RIA Novosti. "As a result, the French are not even checked in booked hotel and attrition in Paris," said an anonymous source in the sphere of military-technical cooperation.

Remember that Rosoboronexport and the French company DCNS signed a contract for the construction of 2 helicopter carrier in early June 2011. Delivery of the first of them was to be held in early November 2014, but this did not happen. 2nd ship was to be handed over to Russia this year.

Earlier Days.Roux wrote that Paris has decided not to give Moscow helicopter and prepared proposals for the cancellation of the contract. They meant a return of about 785 million euros, which Russia will be able to find only after issuance of a written permission to implement the ships to any third party without the uses of the reservations.

The Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation in such amount not agreed. To the best knowledge of the Ministry, the expenses and costs incurred by domestic entities in connection with the construction and maintenance of the helicopter, reached 1.16 billion euros.
