Vice-speaker of the Parliament of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people's Republic, the Plenipotentiary representative on Minsk talks Denis Putilin called a mockery of Ukraine's appointment of Mikhail Saakashvili, the Governor of the Odessa region.
"This is a mockery of Petro Poroshenko over Ukraine. Surely there was no more worthy Residents of Ukraine? He's a loser and is focused on alien values and desire, " He told reporters.
Saakashvili left Georgia after the inauguration of the new President Giorgi Margvelashvili in November 2013.
