"The Ministry of emergency situations of the Russian Federation has sent an official letter to the leadership of the TOS of emergencies of Ukraine, expressing condolences for the deaths of firefighters and offers his assistance in the destruction of a large fire at the oil depot in the area of Kiev. We have a lot of experience and special equipment, as well as methods of extinguishing such fires, " said Commissioner of the Ministry.

now the situational center support and decision-making research Institute for Fire protection of EMERCOM of Russia carried out the necessary calculations on the use of special equipment, designed to extinguish major fires, attraction of personnel and equipment, as well as the modeling of this situation.

The fire at the oil depot "BRSM-oil" in the village Cracki 30 km from Kiev erupted in the evening of the first day of the week. On Tuesday morning, rescuers said about the explosion.
