Ukraine and the European Union signed on Thursday a Memorandum of understanding in respect of EU programmes to support small and medium businesses, which provided for the allocation of 55 million euros.
The document on Thursday in Kiev was signed by the Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine aivaras Abromavicius and the European Commissioner for neighbourhood policy and enlargement negotiations Johannes Hahn.
