Remember that Rosoboronexport and the French company DCNS signed a contract for the erection of 2 helicopter carrier in early June 2011. Delivery of the first of them was to be held in early November 2014, but this did not happen - the French side refused to transfer the ordered (now built) ship the result of the aggravation of relations between Russia and the West. 2nd ship promised to be transferred to Russia this year.
Earlier Days.Roux wrote that Paris has decided not to give Moscow helicopter and prepared proposals for the cancellation of the contract. They expected a return of about 785 million euros, which Russia can obtain only after issuance of a written permission to implement the ships to any third party without the uses of the reservations.
