It turns out that inside the bag are several bundles. The workers decided that it was the drugs, but looking closer he realized that they resides in the hands of explosives. They carefully laid the bag on the ground, and then got in touch with their own superiors and called the police.

According to the data of "the Russian newspaper" the explosive device consists of a battery and 3 bundles filled with, apparently, some high explosives. Employees of FSB have to destroy it at the nearby beach.

Law enforcement officers, upon arrival at the scene, cordoned off the area and examining the bundle and sent it for examination. Therefore projects to hit the water to Moscow was not to be. Police and intelligence agencies will have to find out who slipped into the waterworks.
