Juncker: EC no doubt that Kiev will fully comply with the Minsk-2
Vladimir Dobrovolsky. The European Commission insists on the full implementation of the Minsk agreements and has no doubt that the Ukrainian Authorities will do it, said the head of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker.
"There are no specific recommendations from the European Commission, but there is a commitment from the Commission to the Minsk agreement have been made in full. We presume, because it happens that the Ukrainian government will do it, I have no doubt, " said Juncker reporters after the EU summit.
The Ukrainian authorities began in April last year in the Donbass military operation against dissatisfied with the coup d'etat of residents of the region.
