LNR and DNR called fake reforms undertaken by the Kiev

Authorized self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk people's republics have called a flagrant fake the reforms proposed by the government of Ukraine, about it it is reported in the General statement of LNR and DNR to chapters in the USA, France and Germany.

The document, signed by the chairmen of people's councils LNR and DND Alexei Karjakin and Andrew Purgina posted Tuesday on the Internet office of the Luhansk information center.
