"From this all-encompassing trust between Ukraine and Russia is not a trace remained. The prospects of rebuilding that trust in the near future I cannot see. To even talk about the formal normalization of Ukrainian-Russian relations, as long as there is a hybrid war in the Donbass, as long as there is a temporary occupation of the Crimea ", - said the Minister in a statement released on Wednesday.
