In Ukraine, citizens will be able to obtain data on real estate bureaucrats
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a Law that will allow citizens to obtain information about the property and the property of the bureaucrats, is notified on the Internet office of the Ukrainian President on Thursday.
The current Law will allow to get data about who owns a particular property or a separate area, however, did not disclose the access property of officials of bodies of state power and local self-government, as well as government officials. And at the same time, in most European countries the information contained in the registries of property is open and public.
in opinion of authors of the law, the document will provide an opportunity to prevent corruption and establish public oversight of officials. The law will allow to simplify the procedure of access to the data contained in the state register of rights to immovable property, the state land cadastre and the unified state register, the holder of which is the traffic police of the MIA of Ukraine.
it is planned that it will start functioning within two months from the date of publication in the official media.
