In the interview accompanying the photo, Kardashian frankly told about the 2nd pregnancy. She admitted that if she would be complications (1 child daughter North had given her difficult), then it will remove the uterus. "During my first pregnancy I had a lot of complications, the second time is even worse. The doctors told me that in the case of the increment of the placenta I will remove the uterus.
