In late summer, observers of the OSCE mission said that in the Donbass restored coal supply to the local CHP. Before that Ukraine has resumed the purchase of coal from Russia. According to information announced by the head of Ukrainian government Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Ukraine is necessary for the autumn-winter period to accumulate a positive outcome 7 million tons of coal, on negative ? eleven million tons.
