The Council of Europe has expressed interest in working on decentralization in Ukraine
Christina Moon Rodriguez. The head of the Department of foreign Affairs Ministers of the Council of Europe (COE), foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor crnadak said about the interest of the COE to continue work on the decentralization process in Ukraine.
When asked about the PACE, he said that " in January 2015 we had a plan of action for 2015-2017 in order to sustain reforms in the area of human rights, the rule of law and democracy in Ukraine."" The Council of Europe also participated in the work of the Council on the reform of the Constitution of Ukraine, which was established on the initiative of President Poroshenko. Authorized by the Venice Commission participated in its work, " he added.
"so, there is a very strong desire on our part to continue this work. I'm sure we are going to continue, particularly in regard to decentralization of Ukraine. This work has already received expert and legal assistance, and we will continue to provide in the future, " concluded the head of the Department of foreign Affairs Ministers of the COE.
