Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, whose popularity in the country, according to the final polls plummeted and he told me his not interested in his personal political chart, a " chart of Ukraine ".
Party "popular front" Yatsenyuk agreed not to nominate candidates for participation in the local elections that will be held in Ukraine on Sunday. Ukrainian experts have linked this decision with the fact that the chart of the Popular front strongly decreased after a series of unpopular decisions by the government - increase of tariffs for communal services, the introduction of military tax, the abolition of social allowances, reduction of some social programs, limit the highest pensions.
"I couldn't be bothered and don't care about my political chart, just as not care about the political chart single member of the current Ukrainian government. We are concerned about the Ukrainian chart of the country, " said Yatsenyuk, speaking at a business forum in Berlin.
Elections in Ukraine will be held on Sunday under the new law on local elections. In the cities with population over 90 thousand people entered the system of two-round elections of mayors: to win one must gain 50% plus one vote, or to have a gap from the nearest competitor in 20% of the votes, otherwise it will be assigned the second round. The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days.
Recent electoral trends show the growth in total support of parties that are in the opposing political organization to the ruling power. So, according to sociological group "Rafting" if the parliamentary party of the coalition was supported by almost 70% came to the polls, today party coalition supported by about 45%, with the core coalition - the Pro-presidential PPO and "popular front" - only 21%, which is logical, considering that the President met only 22% of respondents, head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman - 14%, Yatsenyuk - 10%. Unhappy - 71%, 74% and 86%, respectively.
