Weather conditions in which the helicopter crashed, was difficult but not critical. All the three dead crew members were experienced pilots who have participated in search and rescue operations not only in Russia but also abroad. The crew chief was the head of the Zhukovsky air rescue center of EMERCOM Roman Frolov.
