Kanye West returns home after treatment in the clinic. The rapper was discharged from UCLA Medical Center on Wednesday after he came under observation of doctors on 22 November and was treated for exhaustion, said a source close to the family.

Kanye West's wife Kim Kardashian was at his bedside every day, said the source.
