In Jerusalem the truck crashed into a crowd of people

The driver who sent the truck into a group of soldiers in Jerusalem, killing four people and wounding at least 10, perhaps, was the terrorist of ISIS, according to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Israeli police shot and killed the suspect, whom they identified as 28-year-old Fadi al-Kambara. The police also arrested nine other suspects, including five members of the family of al-Kambara. Speaking from the scene of the attack, on the waterfront overlooking the Old city wall of Jerusalem, Netanyahu said that authorities have identified the terrorists and "all the signs that he is a supporter of the terrorist organization ISIS". "We know that there exists a sequence of terrorist attacks, and it is quite possible that there is a connection between them, from France, Berlin and now of Jerusalem," Netanyahu said.

Israel will now consider the use of administrative detention against suspected accomplices of ISIS and supporters, according to officials familiar with the decision. Netanyahu said that the police had cordoned off a predominantly Arab neighborhood in East Jerusalem.
