In California a man suspected of murdering his 5-year-old son because of a "tumultuous divorce," reported investigators on Monday, 3 days after the 35-year-old Araras Andresen Sr. was arrested and charged with murder, although his missing son was found dead.
On Friday, Andresen was arrested on murder charges, and this week he will be prosecuted in Los Angeles, where he faces 25 years to life in prison if he's convicted. According to local media, Andrussian remains in custody and neither he nor his counsel commented on this on Monday.
His son, Araras Andresen Jr., missing since as last saw him at Disneyland with his father in April.
