MTS company has made a review of the claim in the amount of 30 000 000 rubles from one of its subscribers. Dmitry Solodovnikov, press Secretary of the company, in an interview on the radio station "Moscow speaking" said that the provisions of the claim are themselves inflated. Alex Melekhov, living in the city of Tambov, made a claim against MTS with the requirement of compensation of moral damage in the amount of 30 000 000 rubles. In the defendants also have the administration and government of Russia. Previously the Michurinsk city court did not satisfy the requirement. Further Tambov court refused the appeal. If a citizen Melekhov appealed to the court of cassation, whose decision is not yet known.
