Kate Hudson gets regular exercise

Kate Hudson exercises for two hours each day.

The stunning actress - who is famed for her slender figure - admits she`s quite disciplined when it comes to her body and regularly works out to maintain her weight and size.

She said: "I am, by nature, active and I have to work out. I usually do two hours each day when I`m at home. I dance, I like to spin."

Speaking about Kate`s exercise regime, her personal trainer Ashley Conrad told Britain`s Glamour magazine: "The workouts are comprised of bodyweight training, V02 max training, stretching, yoga and Pilates. My system keeps the body guessing. It boosts metabolism, and burns fat while bringing in those gorgeous lines of definition. We do things like boxing, explosive jumps, weights, push-ups, treadmill intervals and abs."

While she is dedicated to exercise, Kate admits to having a sweet tooth although Ashley tries to encourage her to have something reasonably healthy.

She told Britain`s Glamour magazine: "It`s better to eat things like apple with a tablespoon of almond butter, or dark chocolate of you have a sweet tooth."
