As From-UA informs, a father of a 5-year-old girl has addressed the local militia department of Kelmentsy district, Chernovtsy region (Bukovina), with crime information: his daughter was violated.
The investigation determined that at about 16:00 a man dragged the girl to a public convenience, located in the central part of the town, undressed her and committed sexual violation.
According to the head of the Administration of Internal Ministry in Chernovtsy region Vasily Vasilov, the indicted person was detained within 24 hours by militiamen. The prosecutor initiated a lawsuit due to the articles "minors? depravity" and "forceful rape".
The detained is a 21-year-old resident of the town of Kelmensty. He has confessed his crime and at the moment has been directed to the pretrial detention center. The criminal may be termed from 8 to 15 years of deprivation of liberty.
The girl is being examined by doctors, her state of health is satisfactory.
