VORONEZH, November 15 -- The 4th All-Russia congress of "Youth Unity" will begin its work in Voronezh on Tuesday.
Some 200 delegates representing all regions of Russia will take part in the two-day congress.
As head of the youth policy department of the party United Russia Alexander Vologzhanin told journalists, the congress delegates are to adopt a new Charter of the organization.
The document envisages radical reorganization of the youth amalgamation. "On its base, it was decided to create a structure titled "Yong Guards of United Russia," Vologzhanin specified.
Simultaneously, the very form of work of the organization is to be changed - - activists will switch over from once-only actions to long-term programmes in different spheres.
Chairman of the State Duma, leader of the party United Russia Boris Gryzlov, secretary of the Presidium of the General Council of the party Vyacheslav Volodin and co-chairman of the party Sergei Shoigu are expected to attend the congress.
Apart from the congress official part, a political show and a concert are to be held.
