One of the most famous rights protecting world organization accused Russian special services in tortures of suspects in attack on Nalchik.

"Russian law machinery officials always use force during anti-terrorist operations", - announced the head of European and Central-Asian department of right protection organization.
"Illegal practice of struggle with violation of human rights by another violation of human rights must be immediately stopped", - was said in "Human Rights Watch" announcement.
