Pilot of crashed in Lithuania fighter Su-27, major of Air Forces, Valery Troyanov returned guilty in crash. Hid qualification rank was decreased from third to second.
This was informed by the head of Air Forces press-service Alexander Drobishevsky. "Valery Troyanov, as state committee has established, didn`t take necessary measures after lose of orientation during flight, this has led to plane crash", - announced he.
There is no exact information what these necessary measures were. Some source informs that crash occurred by guilt of command: "One of mistakes can be wrong spacing of 12 planes on the route", - he noted.
Besides, "several pilots were given wrong frequencies and channels of Kaliningrad air unit - the one pilot should connect with during flight and landing, officers of military control from Chernikhovsk aerodrome, on of the landing point, had wrong call signs of several pilots", - informed the head of committee in charge of incident investigation.
