Good mood harms health
American scientists consider that it is bad for psychological health to be happy of life and see only positive sides of things.

Smiling, being in great mood, feeling happy causes negative reaction of people around, even hatred. Western psychologists came to conclusion that human sometimes must be pessimist or realist.

Conference of American Psychological Association disputed so-called "despotism of positive relations" - eternal forced optimism, spread by supporters of mutual aid and business-managers. They recommend unappreciated power of negativeness. "I am afraid we don`t leave human opportunity to feel bad", - says doctor. "Necessity to act cheerfully and best way despite of actual feelings can depress some people even stronger", - says doctor Held.

Majority of scientists advise to use "mask of pessimism", that means to expect negative consequences from personal actions and deeds of other people, including strangers. Therefore, people protect psychological balance from real possible bad events in future.
