Strong quake in Pakistan
The quake had a magnitude of at least 7.6 and the epicentre was northeast of Islamabad

The quake caused panic. Residents poured out into the streets.
Part of a 19-storey building collapsed in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, reports say.

A strong earthquake has also struck Afghanistan and India.
