Thai Airways, the main airline in South-eastern Asia, offers its flights Moscow-Bangkok from Domodedovo to Don Muang airport.
The duration of non-stoppable flight is 9 hours. During winter season 2005-2006 planes of Thai Airways will fly three times in a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. However, company representatives stated on press-conference that they plan to increase an amount of flights by winter season. Thai company will become the 15th foreign airline in Domodedovo airport.
Airline promises to keep reasonable prices for passengers of first class and expects that fillability of flights will be no less than 70%. Company representatives reminded that Bangkok airport allows Russian tourists and businessmen to change on flights to china, Korea, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand.
Exclusive tickets` distributor will be SRG Russia company. Its representatives said that Russian tour operators can book no more than 3 tickets. Other tickets will be sold by Thai Airways itself.
Thai Airways is a government company, 54% of company stock belongs to Thailand kingdom and 46% are in hands of private investors. The staff of airline is 25 thousands of people; air fleet consists of 87 planes.
