Several pupils of Chechen schools (Shelkovsky district) were hospitalized on Friday evening on suspicion of poisoning. As the head of the district Husein Nutaev said, the cause of accident is most likely gas of neuroparalytic and psychotropic action.
By Nutaev`s words, "all children have symptoms of asphyxia, cramps, and other typical for gas poisoning signs".
4 schoolgirls from Starogladovskaya Cossack village were hospitalized. At present moment doctors try to define diagnose.
The head of the district noted that "civic authorities of Chechnya don`t have laboratory to determine causes of poisoning, to conduct toxicological examinations. Appropriate medical services of federal center are needed for examination.
Husein Nutaev told that case of group poisoning among pupils is not the first one: "Similar incidents took place in Staroshdrinskaya Cossack village 2 times but causes were not ascertained".
"In the view of repeated incidents the decision to form state committee for investigation of poisoning circumstances has been made", - said Nutaev.
