Head state sanitarian doctor of Russian Federation, the director of Russian Consumer`s Inspection recommends Russian citizens to refrain from trips to Turkey, where 3 people have died from "bird flu".
"I earnestly request Russian citizens to refrain from traveling to Turkish republic, especially to province, where emergency situation (with "bird flu" infection among human) arouse. The matter concerns Agri province, Dogubayaziyad town (East Turkey, the frontier with Armenia and Islamic republic of Iran)", - said Onishenko.
He informed that 3 people died in Turkey from "bird flu" illness by data on January 7. At the same time, total amount of hospitalized people reached 25, including 3 dead.
