Reconstruction of the internal lines terminal in international airport Vnukovo in Moscow has been finished, informs the airport press-service.
"In the framework of reconstruction project realization complete overhaul of the terminal building and room interior decorating have been conducted, engineering systems have been modified last year", noted the press-service, having added, that total reconstructed area constituted 10, 000 cubic meters.
According to the airport press-service, waiting rooms and check-in rooms, departure and arrival lounges have changed completely. Besides the repaired staff rooms, additional rooms for airport and technical services have appeared. The terminal life-support systems have been changed too. All engineering systems have been automated in the course of reconstruction, which allows monitoring of their current state and effectively detect faults in life-support systems. The terminal equipment has also been modified. In particular, 62 information displays has been mounted.
Additional check-in desks, ticket offices, cafes have appeared and control zone has been expanded, informed the airport press-service.
