Bank of Russia has placed an interactive form for complaints on official site. By means of this form citizens will inform about noticed defects and violations in temporary administrations and credit organizations, which have no license for bank operations` realization.
Supposedly, an internet page will provide an additional facility for bank depositors` and creditors` application to the Bank of Russia.
The complaints will be examined by administration or licensing department of the Bank of Russia.
Central Bank noted that in case of incomplete or inexact information about sender the message is considered anonymous and is not taken into consideration. Also issues out of Russian Bank jurisdiction, containing foul language, tactless statements or any commercial are not accepted.
It is also noted that text of the message should not exceed 10 thousands of symbols.
