Moscow rent a monument of architecture
The city authorities are planning to lease the monuments of architecture of XIX century. Rentals will be held under the program "1 ruble per 1 sq. m.

The Moscow government has developed the program for the lease of cultural heritage of Federal significance. Scheme 1 ruble per 1 square m" implies that investors are ready to invest in the renovation of cultural monuments in the city of Moscow, caught in a bad condition and can rent them from metropolis at a reduced rate at the auction.
