Donbass fired phosphorous bombs

Later the head of the MFA of Russia Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow is concerned by news of the use of the Ukrainian armed forces incendiary bombs.

More than a week ago militias had to retreat from Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Artyomovsk, Konstantinovka and Druzhkovka to agree with their application, to take fire from the civilian population. The city was taken by the security forces, militia went to the Donetsk and Lugansk. Soon, the security forces started shelling and data settlements.
