Russian human rights activists will discuss the problems of Ukrainian immigrants

The presidential Council on human rights (HRC) and the representative on human rights in the Russian Federation at a special meeting on Thursday to discuss the problems of Ukrainian immigrants.

The flow of immigrants from the South-East of Ukraine in the Russian Federation has increased greatly since June amid ongoing fighting between supporters of independence Donetsk and Kyiv national security.
