Humanitarian aid from Russia stuck on the Ukrainian border. The foreign Ministry of Ukraine said that on the evening of 21 August, almost no action on registration humanitarian aid is not taken.
The Kyiv authorities have announced that they will begin to arrange shipment only after you have received final confirmation from the International Committee of the red cross (ICRC) about the readiness to bring the goods to the destination.
"Among other things, we are talking about the fact that the ICRC, which has assumed responsibility for all logistical nuances, even the route of transportation, storage and distribution of aid on the ground in Ukraine, have to get all the guarantees of safety for personnel and cargo" - quoted by the news Agency "Interfax".
Earlier, an official dealer of the southern customs FCS Ryan parukhin was informed that the humanitarian convoy stuck at the Russian checkpoint "Donetsk" for unknown reasons. According to him the screening machines was carried out. The International Committee of the red cross Galina said that the trucks with yet shall not be checked for the following reasons both sides are still negotiating an integral part of the passage of the column with cargo across the border.
As told Melbourne Herald sun, 1st trucks with Russian humanitarian support for victims of the fighting in the East of Ukraine crossed the Russian border on August 20 in the evening. The mission was oriented due to force majeure situation in the East of Ukraine, caused by power operation. Kiev was actively opposed his promotion, promoting diverse, often impossible demands. Recipients of humanitarian aid directed to Ukraine, are adherents of the ICRC. With them was agreed procedure for the passage of the column of trucks, as well as forms of signing the necessary documents.
