Kiev grabbed a piece of gold of the Scythians
Part of the gold of the Scythians passed in Kiev. The exhibits sent to the national Museum of history of Ukraine, 4 September.

The Museum of Kiev presented for the exhibition "Crimea. Gold and the mystery of the Black sea" a total of 19 exhibits in total, 432). The exhibition ended on 31 August, after that the Ukrainian and Dutch institutions of art have come to an agreement on the transfer of Scythian gold in the capital of Ukraine. By the decision of the Allard Pierson Museum, the remaining objects from museums Simferopol, Kerch, Crimea and Chersonesos will remain in the Netherlands until such time as the parties do not agree on the ownership or is not received competent legal decision. Where will be stored the objects in this time, not told.

The exhibits were transferred to the Amsterdam workers of the Kiev Museum and sent to Kyiv on 4 September. The transfer was approved edition of Deutsche Welle in the public relations division of the Allard Pierson Museum, which hosted the exhibition. Official Kyiv urges transfer of Scythian gold and other archaeological finds Ukraine. Russia adheres to the position of political interference in the situation.

Culture Minister Vladimir Medinsky the process of returning Scythian gold from Holland in the museums of the Crimea described as "peaceful and legal". The view was also expressed that this issue is under the control of the 2 institutions of art, not politicians. "It's a matter of common law relationships between museums of the Crimea and the Netherlands, " he said. I don't know what must happen in order for policy intervened in this, from my point of view, a purely legal question."
