Medinsky said that the international jazz Festival, which is attended by over 130 musicians, takes place in the midst of the Year of culture.

The main stage of the festival of the Koktebel Jazz Party, beneath the open sky on the beach, daily from 18 to 23 hours will collect most of the brightest stars of jazz.
