Ukraine has said that it intends to regain status as a nuclear power. Similar statement is to be taken seriously, because powers have a chance to create a nuclear bomb in the near 10 years.
On areas of Ukraine are solid deposits of uranium, nuclear power plants, which can enrich nuclear fuel, also factories which in the USSR was adjusted for the production of ballistic missiles. These moments will allow Ukraine, in particular confluence of events, become a new threat to global security and a source of tension in the region.
Experts report that to create nuclear weapons, the Republic will take 10 years. "Dirty" bomb power may make it even more likely. Note, however, that the transformation of Ukraine into a nuclear power contrary to all norms of international law and previously adopted agreements. Nuclear weapons are, to begin with, an instrument of deterrence, and not a tool for blackmail. And yet the defense Minister of Ukraine Valeriy geletey announced that the state will have a nuclear weapon.

He added that the areas of the country are 17 nuclear power units, however, are not created to enrich. "If they will release multiple units, and to address this problem, the process will take a long time. But in 10 years they will be managed. Very strange that Europe does not respond to similar statements. Dual stereotypes have become the norm for them, and it could end badly for everyone," said Franz Klintsevich.
If Ukraine will be delivered the formal mission of the possession of nuclear weapons, then this power will be managed for a few days, creating a "dirty" bomb. This is extremely critical and harmful weapons developed from nuclear toppings and conventional explosives or drugs. The main striking material can be mounted in Chernobyl.
