Ferry with hundreds of passengers ran aground
Steam, on Board of which was about 100 passengers on Board, ran aground on the ground in South Korea. To the place of the incident immediately headed for the employees of the coast guard.

Cruise ship, which was carrying 104 passengers also 5 members of the crew ran aground in the waters off the South-Western part of the island of Hondo in the province of jeolla. According to reliable information the coast guard, which came to the aid of the victim of the failure of the vessel, the conflict happened in the morning of 30 September at 9:14 local time (4:14 GMT). When the ferry with travelers aground to the place of the incident was sent to employees of the coast guard. Alert rescuers heard the distress signal immediately took strong measures.

Local fishermen, who were near the site of the conflict, helped to evacuate people in distress. In the joint complexity of the rescue of the passengers of the liner took about 30 minutes. Later, all the passengers and crew moved to port Hondo, tells the newspaper Yonhapnews.

Note that during the rescue operation, none of the ferry passengers were not injured. But experts now want to know the cause of this problem, at the moment on this issue is under investigation.

Recall that earlier in the same territorial waters of the conflict occurred, which caused a terrible disaster. In early April of this year in South Korea in consequence of the collapse of the passenger ferry "Seval" killed 304 inhabitants of our planet. In the case were arrested about 20 people on suspicion of violation of safety rules and corruption.
