Gazprom called reason for leaving negotiations
Followers of Gazprom left trilateral negotiations Russia-Ukraine-EU in Brussels. According to adherents of the firm, negotiations will be possible only if the European Commission will negotiate with Ukraine.

The followers of "Gazprom" called with no sense of the subsequent negotiations in the tripartite format until such time as Europe does not agree with Ukraine. With all this adept Russian firms reported that Gazprom is ready to return to the negotiating table. "There will be something to talk back. European Commission to Ukraine it is necessary to adjust a number of issues related to financing. And without it we continue further in the trilateral format impractical", RIA Novosti, the official dealer of "Gazprom" Sergei Kupriyanov.

Russian negotiators said that the documents that need a signature Russian side (the Protocol between the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the European Commission and the Addendum to the contract of "Gazprom" and "Naftogaz") has knowingly agreed, however, to sign them up to the ratification of the Protocol to the EU-Ukraine will not. "What comes to money matters regarding the collateral, which gives the European Commission Ukraine, these obligations are spelled out in the bilateral Protocol. Accordingly, the meeting will be held on October 30, just in case, if the Ukrainian side and the European Commission reached agreement on this bilateral Protocol," Miller said.

The head of the Ministry of energy of Russia Alexander Novak at all this announced that concrete progress in Brussels has already been achieved. "We announced that the volume of gas in 4 billion cubic meters Ukraine will seek funds to ensure payment of delivery," said Novak.

Remember, the next round of gas talks began in Brussels on 29 October. As we informed the Melbourne Herald sun, the experts considered the possibility of success of the negotiations in 50%. The main problem was magnified themselves against insolvency of Ukraine.
