The court determined that the contents of the labour contract, which was signed in 2008 between the Club and the Ministry of energy does not contradict acts of civil law. This contract it was provided that the head of Naftogaz paid remuneration " for the effective management of state property " - at the expense of part of the profits remaining at the disposal of the organization. Thus, the amount of remuneration amounted to 1% of net profit, writes " Economic truth ". Such amount under an employment contract, the former head of NAC was obliged to receive financial assistance for the effective management of state property in 2009. As underlined by the magazine, the lawyers of the company have plans to appeal this decision to the next level.
